Firsts are SOOO fun! . . I have a long way to go when it comes to cheer acrobatics but I can now mark a arabesque off of my list. Thanks @michelle.meinking for training so hard lately and @sessions.ryan for all the tips with this stunt🙏🏼
Learning styles🧐 . . The more I train different types of acrobatics The more I believe each school of acrobatics also has its own philosophy that guides people who practice that form of acrobatics to train in a certain way. I feel like the cheer world carries with it a training philosophy of try it until you get it. Coming from other schools of acrobatics I often feel a little bit shy at trying such big tricks. But, just like anything the people you surround yourself with will influence you. In this case to keep trying🙌🏻🙌🏻 . . Thanks @haileyharris6 for trusting me and pushing me to believe in myself🙏🏼
Probably the last time for acroing amidst the beautiful graffiti. Hope Outdoor Gallery will soon be torn down for condos. But it was fun having a last session before the end with @acrococos. / I'm out of yoga practice and totally conflated crescent lunge and warrior 2, so this is my own unique hybrid. Warrior Lunge? Kinda looks Egyptian too.
