Portabella mushrooms soaked in Cabernet Sauvignon, roasted garlic, and salt.
Pan roasted Macadamia nuts candied with Kiawe honey, Koloa Rum and dark molasses.
Pan roasted tarragon with Fresno peppers.
Butter lettuce cups filled with charred trio of peppers, Persian cucumber, sliver of fresh jalapeno, toasted pumpkin seeds with drops of AXR Sauvignon Blanc.
Braised asparagus in AXR Sauvignon Blanc then grilled.
Served our 100 point Private Estate Costa Rican hot and iced. Mind bending.
