Do you know the story of Sgt. Derrick Miller?
He was charged with the murder of an Afghan man. And guess what? He has been sentenced to life in a military prison.
The incident happened in 2011. Afghan man appeared to be gathering information and portraying suspicious behavior. So Sgt. Miller decided to ask him few question. But during the questioning, the Afghan man grabbed Sgt. Miller’s weapon and lately was shot in the struggle.
The man wasn’t identified but it was clear that he was an insurgent.
If I understood correctly, Sgt. Miller saved his squad, but still, he was sentenced to life.
Sentenced for what? For saving his squad or for being Black? Blacks are oppressed by the system, even if they are serving it. UNFAIR!

A white St. Louis police officer shot a Black off-duty officer from his own force after a car chase ended in a crash outside the off-duty officer’s home.
And here we go! The Black officer took off his uniform and immediately became a criminal. How is that possible? They are taught to see Black man as a threat!

While our integrated military fights foreign wars in Iraq and Syria, a Black Army sergeant found a racial slur on his car here, in America.
Actually, it happened with an Army Sergeant Jonathan Charlot. He came home for the holiday and discovered the racial slur painted on his car. Moreover, all four of his tires had been slashed.
We don’t have to fight for the country which keeps oppressing and killing people of color! We need to unite and fight against police brutality! Now, it is more important for us.

The shirt created by Tyreke’s brother, Malik (a basketball player at Bryant University). “I decided to wear the shirt because I wanted to bring attention to the epidemic of blacks being killed at an alarming rate,” Smith said. “What we would like to do is have people talk about these issues to reduce the murder rate of African-Americans.” It really looks like the epidemic and a disaster! Black people need to be protected from it!

Trevor Noah, the Daily Show host, had a conversation with the audience between scenes of Tuesday's show. He told that he has been stopped "eight to ten" times during the six years he's lived in the United States.
For them, black skin is a "reasonable suspicion.” And Trevor knows that, so he throws his arms out the window whenever he gets pulled over to show police his hands. And Philando knew that, so he said that he had a gun. But nothing can save you from police if you are black.

Also, Noah said that there needs to be a conversation about "state racism" and promised to keep speaking out on the issue. I support his decision!

POLICE CHIEF URGES 1-DAY SUSPENSION FOR WHITE COP WHO KICKED HANDCUFFED BLACK MAN

Ohio police officer Zachary Rosen was accused of kicking a handcuffed black man in the head. And you know what happened next. He was suspended for 24 hour.
Watch the video! Obviously, the violence was unreasonable and unnecessary! The man was already on the ground and handcuffed! But still, black man was seen as a threat!

We are living in the police state that’s why black people keep dying in the hands of the police and officers stay acquitted for their crimes.
