💥Single Arm Dumbbell Push Press 💥

🧠Single arm overhead lifts can often be a great way for clients that struggle with overhead mobility to find better positions.
.
🙋‍♂️When pressing with both arms at the same time (on a barbell or with dumbbells) thoracic spine tightness can inhibit good positions. Pressing often with one arm can help overcome some of that and build better positions over time.
