Remote client, @scotter92, has been sharpening his snatch game. I admire his ability to balance a 12hr biomedical research job with the training and lifestyle practices he has built his life around. We’ve had honest conversations around what it would take for him to achieve his maximum potential as a competitive athlete. And he’s conquering the biggest obstacles of all, one by one. 📝This is perhaps one of our favorite exercises we have available to work on spinal flexion and extension in a safe and controlled way.

✅Learning how to control the vertebrae though various flexion and extension positions can be extra insurance against injury in day to day life as we find ourselves in these positions often.
