Avocado rose, beet hummus, yellow cherry tomatoes, and microgreens, on toast. I never get tired of making avocado roses -- it is a fun challenge every time -- though not always the easiest to eat! 😄 Hope everyone had an awesome weekend!

I actually had a savory breakfast for a change. Toast with avocado and mushrooms. I just sautéed the mushrooms in a little olive oil, garlic, thyme, salt & pepper. And then topped it with a little bit of hemp seeds. Yum! ☺️ . . .
Avo toast w/ lemon juice, red pepper flakes and s+p 🥑🍋🌶 also finally got Eat Beautiful! I love a good cookbook with healthy recipes but this book also is about nourishing your body. Our skin is our largest organ and skin troubles are a reflection of what’s going on inside our bodies. I’m a makeup and skincare junkie but I know I won’t get the glowing skin I want unless I have a healthy diet. #eatbeautiful
