Por que si de suplementos se trata existen miles de mitos cuando los únicos comprobados por la evidencia científica fuertemente son los que aquí menciono.. se me pasaron los probioticos y algunos otros.. sin embargo en cuanto a actividad física creo que estos son los más relevantes ☝🏻!!!...

Y si si estoy en contra de herbalife y los quemadores y etc😂 luego les explicare porque, mis opiniones en su gran mayoría las baso en estudios científicos no en uno solamente, recuerden que siempre tenemos que ver las dos caras de la moneda, también podemos incluir la práctica y de esto sacar una conclusión razonable, a que voy con esto? Que mis recomendaciones, post, etc. No los digo porque se me da mi gana o se me ocurre, simplemente busco compartir información verdadera, confiable y ACTUALIZADA 🤓!!!..

Cómo nutriólogos o personas del área de salud es importante estarnos actualizando sin pretextos, los journals están al alcance de todos!!!! Y acuérdate que leer evitara que le sigas quitando los carbohidratos a tus pacientes después de las 6 pm😂 (sarcasmo).

📌Que cosa más rica esta combinación de tostada y palta como base. Arriba ponele toda la fiesta que quieras.

📌Te propongo que sueltes “la perfección” en tu alimentación diaria. No es muy sostenible en el tiempo el: “no consumo pan”, “deje las harinas”, “no mezclo hidratos con proteínas”, “no utilizo aceite”. .
.
📌En vez de todo eso, te propongo: utilizar harinas integrales, mezclar eficientemente hidratos, proteínas y grasas saludables, y utilizar aceites de buena calidad como el de oliva y el de coco. Pequeños cambios que hacen una diferencia enorme.

👩🏼‍🍳👩🏼‍🍳Te cambio la receta de esta delicia de la foto por un like:
1️⃣Tostar una rodaja de pan integral o el que utilices.
2️⃣Agregar unas rodajas de palta (aguacate) y agregarle sal y semillas de chia.
3️⃣Agregar kale o espinaca cocinada en sartén por unos minutos o al vapor. 4️⃣Agregar un huevo cocinado en sartén apenas rociada con aceite de oliva.
5️⃣Terminar con unas gotas de limón, unas vueltas de pimienta negra y a disfrutar!!!!

📌It’s delicious, filling and easy to do. .
. 👩🏼‍🍳👩🏼‍🍳Here is the recipe:
1️⃣Toast a whole-wheat slice of bread.
2️⃣Add a few slices of avocado with salt and chia seeds on top.
3️⃣Add sautéed kale or spinach (or steamed).
4️⃣Add an “fried” egg with little olive oil.
5️⃣ Finish with a few drops of lemon and black pepper and enjoy!!!

🥑1/2 Ripe Avocado
🥑1/2 cup of Avocado Oil
🥑1/4 cup of Distilled Water or however much you need for consistency
🥑1/4 cup Hemp Seeds
🥑2 tbsp of Shallots or Red Onion
🥑2 tsp of preferably fresh Dill, but dried dill is still good
🥑2 tsp fresh squeezed Lemon or Key Lime juice
🥑1/2 tsp of Pink or Black salt (adjust according to your taste buds)
🥑1/4 tsp Ginger Powder

All you have to do is toss all the ingredients in a blender, and that's it! It makes about 1 1/2 cup of dressing, and it keeps well for about 3-5 days.

It’s too hot for anything but lots of fresh veggies which are cooling foods. Today was arugula, Romain, a handful of @organicgirl super greens mix, pea shoots, celery, cucumber and avocado topped with leftover grilled chicken and lots of olive oil and apple cider vinegar.
