Life is far too short to feel guilty for eating some buns or cookies. In a months time you won't even remember or care about those cookies or buns you ate. They won't hurt or harm you (as long as you aren't allergic to them, that is!). Don't isolate yourself and starve yourself just because you are scared of food or don't want to eat differently or eat food that is offered or served to you. Try to enjoy food and the only way to overcome the fear and guilty around food is to face it and then to find YOUR HEALTHY ways to cope with the anxiety or guilt you may feel. It will only get easier over time. Enjoy food, be thankful that you have food and please don't panic or restrict yourself this christmas. Crepes with soja yoghurt, pomegranate and dark chocolate 😍 Sunday at our place means CREPESSSSSS. I know, I know, what does a fit girl do not having pancakes every Sunday!?😱😱 But I tell you, it is possible to eat crepes (with white flour) and stay healthy (and keep da abs 😁). I would say more. You can still be healthy and fit without eating avocado toasts, chia pudding, exotic mini fruits or any other super expensive "fit food" every single day. I will confess one thing here. I do not usually buy organic/bio/exotic products (unless they are on offer and have a reasonable price), I do not spend loads on a fancy gym (hello @puregym 👐) and do not own tons of matching sexy gym clothes. AND I AM JUST FINE. If you do these things, great, good for you. But just know you DONT HAVE TO do any of the above to keep healthy and fit. Soooo, no excuses, start eating nourishing food and working out TODAY 👊👊👊 You are welcome 😂😂

• 🙌🏼 Guten Abend ihr Lieben!! Bei mir gab es heute wieder meine leckere Kürbissuppe mit Äpfeln!😍 Dazu hab ich Apfelringe selbst gemacht😅soo gut👌🏼 •

❤REZEPT:
Kürbis-Möhren-Apfel-Suppe:
🥄1 Hokkaido-Kürbis
🥄2 Äpfel 🍎 🥄4 Möhren 🥕 🥄1 Zwiebel
🥄1 Liter Gemüsebrühe
🥄200ml Kokosmilch
🥄Gewürze: Curry, Ingwer, Salz, Pfeffer 👉🏼Zwiebel, Möhren, Kürbis und Äpfel klein schneiden und kurz im Topf anbraten
👉🏼Mit Gemüsebrühe ablöschen & aufkochen 👉🏼 Pürieren und Kokosmilch hinzufügen
👉🏼Mit Gewürzen abschmecken❤

Breakfast today: 2 soft boiled eggs (thanks to a friend who told me how to make them!), a homemade sausage patty (using ground turkey), and carrots with hummus.
It turns out this will be my fattiest meal of the day, lol. The rest of my meals and snacks will be much leaner. 😉

Banana, homemade grape jam, almonds and lots of cinnamon to top these super thin crepes. Wish I could have them every day and not only on Sundays 😆 So, yesterday there was no working out as, thanks to a fire affecting Waterloo station, and delays on many other lines, it took me 3h to get home 😠 Given how cheap the trains in London are (note the irony here) I can understand the s****y service. Anyway, today I am doing circuit training. Hope I can get to the gym on time!

Cream of celeriac soup for lunch 🌿

🌿Soup recipe
1 celeriac, chopped
1 white onion, chopped
1 leek, finely sliced
3 cloves garlic, minced
Olive oil
Dried thyme
1l vegetable stock
Salt and white pepper
Soy milk or cream .
🌿
Add a little olive oil to pan. Fry onion for 2 mins, then add leek, garlic and thyme, fry for 1 more minute, then add celeriac. .
🌿
Pour in stock, bring to boil, then reduce heat and simmer for around 15 minutes, until celeriac is just tender. .
🌿
Blend, then add cream/milk to taste. I added around 200ml milk and the soup was still quite thick. .
🌿
Season with salt and pepper, and serve

Chocolate and orange porridge (recipe below) for breakfast? Yes please. Especially when it's sugar-free, gluten-free, dairy-free and totally guilt-free. These raw cacao oats have skipped straight to the top of our winter breakfast league.

Ingredients
1 cup gluten-free oats
1.5 cups milk of choice (I used almond)
1 organic orange, peeled, zested and processed to juicy pulp
1-2 tbsp raw cacao powder
1 tbsp raw cacao nibs

Method
Warm the oats and milk together until you get your porridge is ready. It will be thicker than normally but don't worry. Allow to cool a little then stir in the orange. Then stir in the cacao powder (adding it when the oats have cooled a little preserves it's superfood nutritional properties). Serve with a slice of orange, the zest and the raw cacao nibs. The orange should have sweetened it enough, but, if not, simply add a little honey or maple syrup.

Homemade Apple Pie Filling & Waffles
I like to make special suppers for every night of chanuka. And somehow it became tradition that the first night of chanuka I make a big bbq. (Yes I grill in the cold!) for dessert I am making this! Omg it’s so good! I almost ate the whole thing while developing the recipe!! It’s best to serve slightly warmed. Total perfection!! 1 box @simple_farms waffles
3 large apples (I used Cortland)
3/4 cup water
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp cinnamon
2 Tbsp corn starch ➡️prepare the waffles according to package directions. ➡️slice the apples and set aside ➡️meanwhile in a sauce pan combine the rest of the ingredients and stir until it starts to thicken (about 5 minutes) and add the apples ➡️stir until it gets a nice thick consistency (about 3 minutes) removed from flame ➡️serve warm over @simple_farms waffles ❄️Apple filling freezes well

Giant Rice Meatballs
I used to visit my friend who lived in NY and her mother always cooked the most delicious comfort food. This by far was one of my favorite dishes. I changed it up a bit from hers. But still made me super nostalgic for the days I used to spend at her house.
2 onions
1 Bag coleslaw mix
2 tsp minced garlic
2 Tbsp oil
Salt and pepper
3 lbs ground beef
2 eggs
Paprika
Onion powder
Garlic powder
3/4 cup rice
45oz tomato sauce
1 cup water
➡️dice the onions small and sauté them in the oil until nice and golden. Add the garlic and coleslaw and sauté for a while (a good 10 minutes) ➡️meanwhile mix the beef, eggs, rice and spices and form big balls and set aside ➡️once the cabbage is wilted and soft add the tomato sauce and water and bring it to a simmer. When simmering add the meat balls and let cook for a good 45 minutes (I went out so I slow cooked on the lowest temp on my stove for about 2 1/2 hours)
My family licked their bowls clean! ❗️You can serve with rice or mashed potatoes but I wanted to serve a lower carb supper tonight (saving calories for chanuka!!) ❄️freezes amazing
