She lost 130 lbs following a low carb or ketogenic diet for 5 years, and then eventually reduced carbs to zero in order to relieve carb cravings and food addiction that she was dealing with. Non sono solita scrivere molto sui social, soprattutto riguardo la mia vita privata..ma per questa volta ho fatto un'eccezione perché non sempre i social hanno risvolti negativi..anzi forse in questi casi proprio, per il loro ampio bacino d'utenza, potranno darmi una mano. Sono rientrata dalle ferie e l'unico motivo per cui ero felice di tornare a casa era lui, Buch, il mio cane, la mia vita. Ma dopo poche ore ha perso completamente l'uso delle zampe anteriori e posteriori. Dopo una corsa disperata al pronto e vari esami gli hanno riscontrato una meningomielite e le probabilità di ripresa sono molto scarse. Il tatto della dottoressa è stato a dir poco delicato quasi inducendomi a sopprimerlo..sono basita. Ho una settimana di tempo per capire meglio e ricevere tutte le informazioni e testimonianze possibili su questa malattia. Chiunque abbia notizie a riguardo mi scriva in privato ho bisogno di sapere, di conoscere e di potermi aggrappare alla più sottile speranza che ce la possa fare. Nel frattempo farò telefonate a tappeto presso tutte le cliniche del territorio.
In quanto a te Buch sei un terremoto, un guerriero quindi cerca di reagire e di tirare fuori tutta la forza che hai..questo è il momento! 💚💪 .

Ένα ερώτημα που εχει (και θα) ταλανισει αρκετούς που σκέφτονται να κάνουν στροφή στη χορτοφαγία. .
Συμβουλή μου εν αρχή -όπως έχω αναφέρει και σε προηγούμενες αναρτήσεις μου- δεν χρειάζεται να μετράμε την πρωτεΐνη μας ,ούτε και να παθαίνουμε ψυχωση. Πρωτεΐνη έχουν ολα τα φυτά🌿

Ο Παγκόσμιος Οργανισμός Υγείας και ορισμένοι ειδικοί έχουν αναφέρει οτι η ασφαλη ληψη πρωτεΐνης συνίσταται στα 0.83g/kg/μέρα. Χορτοφάγοι, παμφαγοι, vegetarian,pescetarian δεν έχουν καμία διαφορά μεταξυ τους και όλοι κυμαίνονται στα ίδια επίπεδα.

Παρ'όλα αυτά επειδή η φυτική πρωτεΐνη έχει μειωμένο βαθμό πέψης από τον ανθρώπινο οργανισμό, πολλές μελέτες εχουν αναδείξει ότι η συνιστώμενη πρόσληψη πρωτεΐνης ανα ημέρα πρέπει να είναι τουλάχιστον 0.9g/kg/ημέρα.

Για ενήλικες που έχουν περάσει τα 60 χρόνια ηλικίας, επειδή ο ανθρώπινος οργανισμος χάνει με το χρόνο την ικανότητα να χρησιμοποιήσει επαρκώς τη πρωτεΐνη μεσω της τροφής, συνίσταται επίσης 0.9/g/kg/μέρα, με καλύτερο το 1g/kg/μέρα.

It's the reason I gave up gluten and dairy 8 years ago. I soon after also read "Eating Animals" and went vegan.

Listen to this quote from Pamela Popper. Someone asked her if there was anything cow's milk is good for. She said, "You know what cow's milk is really good for? Growing breast cancer. If you wanna grow yourself some breast cancer, you wanna get yourself some cow's milk products and eat them everyday because that's one of the quickest ways you can get there."
