I've contemplated death since a child
When I met my husband to be, I would tell him that our love was to die every night, so that we may be free of attachment, and live in the wonderment of it coming back to find us.
Every night, I meditate death
by asking that which no longer serves for the highest good of all, to be taken from me.
My meditating Death has brought me enormous freedom and elation- for there is nothing I take for granted.
My obsession with understanding death has taught me to live fully in the Now and to continuously focus on that which truly matters and feeds my soul.
Life is a cycle of death and rebirth- as within, so without; ebb and flow, darkness to light.
When we honor death as much as life, we loose the polarity, we loose the attachment, for we understand that each death bears new life.
A relationship cannot grow without undergoing death. And it is only by honoring death, that we can give ourselves fully to that which is birthing.
Allow death to come,
the deeper you learn to trust it
the deeper you will trust Life
and you will see, that this life
is not Your Life
You are existence itself
Life is a Gift
It is your choice what you do with it
is your command
