#tbt through the ups and downs, my overall focus is on living a healthier life and making peace with myself. no more, no less. my progress and results are a direct reflection of my focus and my grind, in and out of the gym. first pregnancy 2011, I lost 100 lbs in 10 months... 34 months to lose 114 lbs in total. second pregnancy 2015, 41lbs in 5 months maintaining my weight after each loss. I managed to lose all of my baby weight from both pregnancies the good ole fashioned way by tapping into my mental strength, exercising and consuming healthy food choices on a consistent basis. my third and current pregnancy, I'm continuing to work hard on myself and I feel ahhhh-maaazing!! I just keep telling myself, don't quit! even on the tough days I keep pushing for my health. I just imagine everyone else who's going through the struggle fighting (pregnant or not). we are not alone people. we all face it. but we must push past the tough times and work through the discomfort if we truly desire the will to change... to evolve and transform. if you're serious, go all in. commit to change. do what you know needs to be done. fight for your health. fight temptation. train dirty. eat clean. set goals. trust your process. transform your life. improve your well-being. I've been in those shoes and it can be done. God has instilled the strength within us all. change is possible. but you must love and trust yourself at every stage of your journey. the rest will follow.
