HOW DO I LOSE FAT?
It's simple, over years of implemented trial and error I know my process. My process doesn't necessarily mean it will work for you. Everyone is different. Our lives, our bodies, it's metabolism and reaction to our environments are all different.
However one thing that I'm certain of is that the first step in order to lose fat effectively is be in a caloric deficit. Which means eat less calories than you are consuming. Next step is how to burn calories efficiently. For me I implement either PM CARDIO or High Intensity Interval Training after my workouts to increase my metabolism, increase my insulin sensitivity and shock my central nervous system.
