I can’t help but think about my previous post this week about fully embracing my off season look.
While I appreciate so many of the compliments about my look, bc you guys are 🙌🏼 the best cheer team; but the reality is I’m not really far removed from a dieting phase. It’s only been 5 weeks since I shifted gears. This is such a short time frame and there has been very small moves forward. ••
I just really want to emphasize TIME in either direction — in a deficit — or out of one. Please be mindful of the fact that I truly believed 32 weeks in an off season previously was enough; now in hindsight I know that wasn’t. And always bare in mind that I am traditionally not a thin individual whose body’s homeostasis is at a lower body fat. I’ve just chosen to be an athlete in a field that far outside the norm for my body — and I’ve also chosen a division of the physique world that is also somewhat outside the norm for my look. But dats just me. I do the hard stuff eh?
