Living in an island like New Zealand, is hard to scape from the seafood. And, to be honest, it's not even an option!
Getting away from the traditional Fish and Chips, I found myself having a delicious Seared Aoraki Salmon these days, followed by roasted beetroot, tomato dressing, Horseradish potatoes and a refreshing Pinot Gris 🥂. It was my main course choice at the #AUBERGINE for the $20 lunch deal, 2 courses and a drink (witch I explained in the last post 😉). If seafood is not your thing, it won't be a problem! The second pic is about the Arancini Di Riso, a very well made fried risotto balls with sides of green salad, beetroot and labne. Is a vegetarian option and not the only.
