Fit in a sweet lunch workout! Left snatches for later but started with 15 min to hit 1RM Back Squat....built to new PRs, after a 13 month stall, of 358 and 363#! Then some random complex work of Snatch-grip BTN Push Press + Snatch Balance 2+1's building to 166#. Then 5RM and 1RM Sotts Press PRs of 96 and 116#. Finally 3 supersets of DB Reverse Lunges (8/leg) + 12 Reverse Hyperextensions....built to a nice heavy set with the 80# DBs. Team @thedarkorchestra training + a little creativity on my part.
