I feel like I just ran 5 miles, but I did literally ZERO cardio today. It was all total body resistance and lifting medium weights. I know there are some of you watching who HATE cardio with a passion!!! If that’s you...this is for YOU!!!

I was doing a lot of thinking about yesterday and all of my gym ladies who stayed away from the chocolate and sweets. It got me thinking...you can choose to think the struggle is something you are missing out on or you can be thankful for the struggle. The struggle isn’t a punishment...it is showing YOU what YOU are made of! It’s showing YOU just how STRONG YOU really are!!!
