Every athlete sprints differently.
One style DOES NOT fit all.
Yelling at them to run with higher knees is not going to make them the next great sprinter. Especially during their sprint, by the time they process what was said their sprint is over... and nothing was fixed.
Use exercises to improve each individual athletes' speed by fixing form from the inside out.
When training we focus on improving muscle function rather than teaching form running.
We have seen guys drop as much as .68sec
off their 10yd sprints and 1.43sec off their 30m sprints.
As well as drastically improving from their initial force-velocity-power assessment. .
Train the nervous system.
Produce the results. 🦁💨
