French Contrast method utilising a split stance emphasis. Whilst the current 3wk program is tailored to a primarily bi-lateral focus, today I amended the program on the spot to accommodate for Katies unforeseen tightness of the lower back. The high force producing movement was a split stance Isometric pin pull instead of a Backsquat.
