Perform a rep...then hold in the hardest position of the exercise for 1 second (in this case it’s at the middle of the curl). Perform 2 reps and then hold for 2 seconds. Keep going until you’ve done 5 reps for 5 seconds. At the end you will have done 15 reps and held for 15 additional seconds in the hardest range of the exercise! Well I made myself work hard to get to this point and I wont let it loose from here. That is what I think everynight before I sleep and the motivation keeps me going the next day morning.

I practiced these after my workout at the gym and then came home and recorded it !
Just last week i tried these and couldnot get it, it fell flat on floor each time , even with right hand lol ... This is the sh*t I love to see: Alberto gained 30 lbs after surgery with the MAX / SIZE program. I know firsthand how quickly you can lose weight when you’re in the hospital and as someone who has struggled their entire life to put on weight / muscle; it’s f*cking awesome to see when people can do it and stay lean in the process. Alberto’s also rocking a bit of a beard and that gives me more reason to dig this transformation because beards are freakin’ rad. Alright, I’m convinced, I’ll start growing my beard again. Musclebuilding is a relatively simple process, but it is HARD. It takes time and dedication. It comes easier to some than to others. But most can achieve a great physique. The main things to keep in mind are:

1. Stick mostly to compound movements like the squat, bench-press, chinups, shoulder-press, deadlift, hipthrust, dip, barbell row, etc... 💪🏼

2. Get stronger at those movements! With strength comes muscle! 🚀

3. Eat enough calories to gain weight at approximately 1kg per month to avoid unnecessary fat-gain, but still grow. 🛡

4. Drink a lot of water. Your muscles consist mostly of water, so keep the fluids flowing! ✔

5. Sleep at least 7 hours. Muscle is built mainly when you sleep. Getting enough sleep between workouts is very important! 😁

6. Track your workouts! You should know what you are going to do and what weight you are going to use every time you train. You should even know approximately how many reps you are supposed to get and how many sets you should do! ✅

7. None of this matters if you don't execute! Stay consistent and always keep moving forward. You cannot fail this way! Success is undeniable! ⚔
