That was the training today. Still in the morning as I can't/don't want to workout outdoor at 34°C🙈 Focus today was on practise skills that I want to master and to build lat strenght. I am using these days to work on my weak skills as we often don't have enough time to do it while a WOD. Back Squat: Focus on depth and engage the core all the way down and up.
Toes to bar: I couldn't do more than one at once but I got it now from hang (thanks to thinking about activate lats like doing C+). To get 2 or more I have to improve my kipping movement first. (You can see the video on the other post)
C+: Still hard. But I think the technique is already much better than last week 😀 (we can see the video on the other post)
Today was too hot to workout outdoor at 5pm. Then I did the WOD before breakfast at home 😂 50 Thrusters(5x10), 40 KB Snatch(8x5), 30 Pushups(3x10), 20 Power swings(1x20), 10 strict press(2x5)
To the thrusters: I should twerk less🙈or better: engage the core, am I right? @crossfitolten 🙈 -KB Snatch: Still really hard with 12kg -Push ups: I see a S-movement there😰 -Power Swing: that was like break, then I normally do it with 16Kg-KB😎 but I have just a 12kg-kb at home -Strict press: also really hard at the end
