Deadlifts felt good today, so I took a stab at 600 lbs and got it.
I haven't deadlifted heavy outside of competition in about 4 months due to my elbow issue. Instead, I've worked on my hinging pattern and bracing under really light weights (like, kettlebell light) and built on my core strength and mobility by doing weighted carries and sandbag squats after working with @strongfit1 and @rarebarracuda
Almost no deadlifting, and a 60lbs PR.
