#TBT Sometimes you need to push yourself when you are feeling unmotivated. it's not easy to do. For me it is all about reflecting on my mental, physical and professional progress. I think about all of the hard work I've put into my life and ask myself why am I going to deny myself the opportunity to continue to grow and become better?! My answer is always right there in front of me every time. No one is going to force you to improve like YOU can. Remember that!
