I made my 4th PB in Jan 2017 this morning.
I did Front Squat 350lb (159kg, 85% Back Squat)
It means I'm structural balanced.
I am sure that my training progression is on the right track.
Then I did my 2nd training session - Olympiclifting
I made another PB - Clean & Jerk 275lb (125kg) - 5th PB
Two PBs in one day.

Back Squat 410lb
Front Squat 350lb
When someone (of course not you) is looking for the goal, I achieved 5 goals at the beginning of this year.
Effort + Discipline = Progression
