Ankle #rehabilitation is in great progression. Has been 5 weeks since I sprained my tendon from #100m #competition in the State Event and I still remember I can't even stand on one leg for 20 second. Looking forward to start to jog again and slowly build up to #sprint again πŸ’ͺ

Myth: 1) You are not allowed to do Push Ups or Shoulder Press if you have a #Shoulder #Impingement. 2) Doing Push Ups and Overhead Press cause Shoulder Pain.

The answer: The problem isn't the exercise. Shoulder Impingement is the result of muscle imbalance on the upper body, mostly from poor posture and incorrect lifting form & technique. Exercises are designed to strengthening our body, not the other way.
