Such a cool, fun and fulfilling experience!
Was a beautiful cool and windy morning in the nation's capital πŸ‡¦πŸ‡Ί
The first 10km saw me running into a decent headwind in 42:49 (4:16 Pace & 14.01km/h)

From there I slowly built the pace and the 90min πŸš‚ was looking good! So good in fact I let most of the pack go ahead with 2km left to finish around 1:29, whilst I eased off the pace to get as many runners possible under 1:30.
I finished in 1:29:54 and congratulations to all those that completed the run and huge congrats to those that achieved a PB!

Myth: 1) You are not allowed to do Push Ups or Shoulder Press if you have a #Shoulder #Impingement. 2) Doing Push Ups and Overhead Press cause Shoulder Pain.

The answer: The problem isn't the exercise. Shoulder Impingement is the result of muscle imbalance on the upper body, mostly from poor posture and incorrect lifting form & technique. Exercises are designed to strengthening our body, not the other way.
