A mental break...I've been pushing myself hard lately. Constantly moving, constantly thinking about the next move, non stop execution. As you can tell, I've been pretty busy and its starting to wear on me, both physically and mentally. My workouts the past week have been anything but great, and my motivation to get through my workouts is dwindling. I've also felt more mentally fatigued with everything, not that I don't still love what I do, because I absolutely 100% do and I just want to keep doing more and more. But I can tell that I need some R&R. That being said, I'm going to be taking it easier on myself for the next several days to try and recharge and then be ready to hit it full force. It's important to listen to your body and to pace yourself so you don't burn out. Thanks for being patient with me and for all of your support! Much love. Be unbreakable.
