Arini xdak nasi, kita ratah lala seperiuk jaa. Jenuh hirup kuah lah kalau dh banyak lagu ni 😆😆 Bila dah makan macam-macam, badan pun xmau yg lauk berat-berat, kita masak yang light-light je la, dengan azam meter berat kembali normal 😂😂

Cara-cara
1. Tumis 1 bj bawang merah, 1 ulas bawang putih, halia hiris nipis, 1 inci lengkuas diketuk, 3 batang serai diketuk.
2. Masukkan air mengikut banyak mana lala tu. Kalau nak hirup sup, banyakkan sikit air tu (banyak ka sikit ni 😅😅 org tua2 kata agak2 😂😂)
3. Dh mendidih, masukkan lala yangbdh dibasuh dan ditos.
4. Kalau nk pedas2 skt, boleh letak cili padi, xyah hiris pun, campak ja 2 ke 3 ketui.
5. Tambah garam secukup rasa. Gula xpayah sebab lala ni pun dah manis, tambah2 yg fresh.

RECIPE - makes approx. 40 dumplings
Ingredients: .
Filling
500g pork or chicken mince
1/2 cup chopped spring onions
1 clove garlic
1 tsp fresh grated ginger
2 tbs soy sauce
1 tbs sesame oil
Salt & pepper

Dumpling wrappers approx. 40
Oil and water for cooking
.
Dipping sauce:
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup Chinese black vinegar
1/2 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp sesame oil
Pepper
Chilli *optional
.
Method:
In a large bowl, mix filling ingredients together by hand until well combined (approx. 5 mins). This works the proteins together to give the dumplings some bite!
Take a wrapper and dab the edges with some water.
Place about 1 tbs of filling into the centre of the wrapper and fold in half, pleating and pinching the edges together as you go.
Repeat with all the filling.

To cook the dumplings, heat a pan on medium high heat then add 1-2 tbs vegetable/rice bran oil. Cook dumplings in batches for a few minutes until the base is nicely browned. Avoid moving the dumplings.
Once browned nicely, add 1/2 cup water to the pan and cover with a lid immediately. Be careful with the steam. The steam will continue to cook the dumplings. Cook with lid on for about another 5-7 minutes. Remove the lid and cook for another minute to crisp up the bases. Carefully remove with a spatula.
Serve with dipping sauce and steamed greens 😋

Cumi goreng Mentega

Bahan:
- 500gr cumi segar
.
Bumbu halus
- Cabe keriting, banyaknya selera
- 5 bh bawang merah
- 2 bh bawang putih.
.
Bumbu lain:
- 1/2 bh bw bombay,iris
- 1 sdm kecap manis
- 2 sdm saos tiram
- 2 sdm mentega
- Gula, garam, kaldu bubuk sedikit aja
*karena mentega sudah asin.
- 1 batang daun bawang,iris
- 200ml Air bersih.
- jeruk nipis/lemon.

Cara membuat:
- Bersihkan cumi, potong ring, lumuri dg perasan jeruk nipis, diamkan sesaat, lalu bilas.
- Goreng cumi dg sedikit minyak, sebentar aja biar air2 dicumi keluar,dan ga amis.
- Lelehkan mentega tumis bumbu halus hingga matang, masukan air hingga mendidih masukan cumi dan masukan semua bumbu, masak sebentr hingga matang.taburi daun bawang,aduk. Sajikan.

Cooked a recipe from @bobsburgersfox cookbook called the “Enokie Dokie” burger. It was full of vibrant, Asian inspired flavour (lots of ginger, sake & soy sauce!) I’ve never had enoki in my burger before but I love enoki so it was love at first bite. 😋 I’m going to be making a burger a week for the next few weeks! Fried Rice
INGREDIENTS:
1. 3 cups cooked rice * (add salt to water for more flavor)
2. Protein of your choice
3. 2 Tbs sesame oil or vegetable oil
4. 1 small white onion, chopped
5. 1 cup frozen peas, corns, and carrots, thawed
6. 2-3 Tablespoons Mini Fusion Sauce (more or less to taste)
7. 2 eggs, lightly beaten
8. 2 Tbsp chopped green onions (optional)
9. 2 Tbsp chopped cilantro

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Preheat a large skillet or wok to medium heat. Pour sesame oil or vegetable oil in the bottom. Add white onion and peas, corns, and carrots and fry until tender.
2. Slide the onion, peas, corns, and carrots to the side, and pour the beaten eggs onto the other side. Using a spatula, scramble the eggs. Once cooked, mix the eggs with the vegetable mix.
3. Cook your protein (chicken, pork, beef and/or shrimp).
4. Once done, add the rice, veggie and egg mixture. Pour the Mini Fusion Sauce on top. Stir and fry the rice and veggie mixture until heated through and combined. Add cilantro if desired.
