I'm all about simple and easy to make dinners, like tonight's Asian beef rice bowl. Organic ground beef is cooked with chopped onions, minced garlic and ginger, chopped red cabbage, sesame oil, coconut aminos, Thai chile powder, fish sauce, brown sugar, s&p. (Done in 15 minutes). It's served with brown rice (which takes about 35-40 minutes to cook, so I start this right away before anything else) and steamed broccoli (which I cooked last, as it only takes about 10-12 minutes to steam). Garnished with scallions and sesame seeds.
