Today on "The Series: Sliders" we get into: Straight Leg Slide Outs. Incorporating sliders into your lower body training promotes core strength, lower back, glutens, hamstrings, quads.
Straight Leg Slide Outs
1. Stand with Slider placed under your foot, with feet shoulder width apart.
2. Apply pressure to the Slider and slowly push out keeping leg w/ slider straight. (Keep shoulders back and do not lean forward)
3. Continuing to apply pressure to Slider, slowly slide your foot back into standing position.
Perform: 3x8/ea (L)(R)
