Two pregnancies in 2 years left my body in a pretty rough state but it was also such a wake up call that I had to take better care of myself and set an example for my boys. The bottom set of pictures are after a lot of low carb dieting and weight lifting. I had made some great progress but couldn’t seem to break the plateau. Then I found Ashley Horner’s training programs. Her programs have taught me to push past what I thought were my limitations and become so much stronger than I ever thought possible. Life has blindsided me a lot this year, there have been many deaths in the family, lots of bad news and stress. My sister died what was honestly a very sad, lonely, and shocking death a few months ago and without having this tool at my disposal I really don’t know how I would be coping. I’ve been able to pour myself into training, and take all the stress and depression into the gym and leave it there. I’m so grateful to Ashley for setting such a great example and being such a champion for other women. Ashley you inspire me every single day. I’m still a work in progress, I struggle a lot with cellulite and loose skin still but I’m working very hard at learning to love the skin I’m in and loving the process. I have completed Charlie Mike, Magnify You, and Pipehitter. Today I started Valor and Sweet Cakes, can’t wait to see what the next 8 weeks brings!
