Last five days were a blast!

Bad news..... I over-ate🍕, over-drank🍻.... and under-trained🏋🏽♀️. I worked out twice & drank Shakeo everyday (thank Jesus I had that at least).... My record before our amazing challenge groups would have made these last five days into a seriously slippery-slope where it would have become a bad week, a bad month.... and I'd be back to unhealthy living within a few short months.
But not anymore.
These days I have a kickass group of women who are posting their prepped-meals for the week, their workouts, their overcomings, and their daily victories of what their healthy living does for them.
ALL of which got my tired butt to the market, after a long day on the road, to get my health back in order... #asap
