Day 2: .
Here's one I never practice (maybe once or twice since last January? 🙈) and I didn't expect much change.
But I'm actually seeing big progress here, although I still can't flip grip with both hands (I can now do each one separately though, just not at the same time!) Firstly, I'm touching my foot to my head! Grabbing my whole foot instead of just my toe. The flip is fully rotated instead of just barely. My chest is squared more forward and not crunched to the side. I have more of a backbend now! Backbends are still a struggle area of my practice, but nice to see my work is paying off behind the scenes!
Hip flexors were not loving this, so I'm gonna focus on opening those and my quads more this year, in addition to working my chest and upper back opening.
Oh and the obvious changes of more muscle mass 😤 My legs were so skinny last year! 😂 Longer hair, too 😉
