I share variations that require a lot more flexibility in the hips and throughout the upper body due to the added binds. The second photo is similar to turtle pose, but is standing at the wall. I wanted to show how using a wall can help support this stretch. Please refer to my co-hosts for additional variations. If #turtlepose is not comfortable, please take a seated wide leg forward fold. We want you to continue to gain overall flexibility, but in ways that honor your body as you encourage it to reach new levels of flexibility.
