A 2 hour, Forrest Yoga inspired Intensive.
Working with the four Forrest Yoga pillars; Strength, Integrity, Breath and Spirit, these workshop style sessions will be focused on taking you deeper into postures.
Physically and mentally.
In these two sessions we will play.
Arm balances, inversions, wall work, illuminating core and a usual dose of heart magic.
