⭐️Hydration is essential, especially to workout to your maximum performance 🏃♀️🏃🏽
⭐️Losing 2% of your body weight in fluid can decrease performance by 25%😰
⭐️Signs of dehydration: feeling THIRSTY, fatigue, mental unclarity, headaches, dizziness, cramping early on in workouts☠️
⭐️ One to two hours before your workout, drink 15 to 20 ounces of water (a standard water bottle usually holds around 16-17 ounces)
⭐️15 minutes before you begin a workout, drink between 8 and 10 ounces of water
⭐️For every pound lost, replace it with 16 to 20 ounces of fluid
⭐️The suggested average intake (base intake, workout not included) is: women--72 ounces (9 cups) men--104 ounces (14 cups)
⭐️Drink more of hotter days 🌞
