You know, I get it. I really do. I was pregnant 10 times in 12 years and all of the hormonal fluctuations, pregnancy weight gain, the coziness of just wanting to snuggle my babies and the struggle of feeling like I'm drowning just trying to get the basic life things done everyday. It really feels like there's no time for me and working out is hard and sometimes seems selfish.
But this transformational journey to health and fitness has brought so many blessings to my life. Not only am I fit enough to do and explore things that make my heart happy it's became a solid part of my life which in turn gives me the dedication and resilience it takes to encourage my large family to step outside their comfort zones and do something active. There is so much fun and adventure out there. Let's go out there. Whatever "out there" is for you, I encourage you to just start and then keep going.
