I’ve been feeling out of sorts for the last month or two.
It started with my face breaking out horribly. Like so severe. It hasn’t been that bad since high school. Time to work from the inside out to clear it.
Whether I’m at work or in the everyday shuffle of life, I’m constantly in motion. Normally I can handle that but lately why am I finding myself wanting midday naps EVERYDAY? As a normally energetic morning person I’m delaying the snooze button. I’m having trouble keeping up with my wild spirited toddler. I take my LLV, Mito2Max, PB Assist+, etc so I knew something wasn’t quite right.
I had heard a few leaders discussing adrenal fatigue, an ailment I knew virtually nothing about. So what’s a gal to do? Lots of internet search from reputable sources while keeping my oils close.
These oils and blends will significantly impact cortisol and energy levels in my adrenal glands.
10 drops Zendocrine, 5 drops DDR Prime, 5 drops Basil, 5 drops Rosemary, and 5 drops Clove. Fill with FCO. Apply on bottoms of feet at the reflex points for the adrenal glands (just inside the arches).
Find which oils work best for you. Some people add Cinnamon where I did not, others leave out blends like Zendocrine and DDR Prime which I used.
Little self care practices throughout the day and week along with managing stress levels, proper dietary habits, being in the presence of the sun, restful sleep, lots of hydration, and spurts of exercise all increase healthy energy levels. This may seem like a lot to remember but it’s so simple and easy with the help of oils.
