Are you getting the most out of your Bicep Curls? For me, if I can find a way to recruit more muscle than just simply doing an isolation exercise, I am all over it! When I first read about these Single-Leg Curl to Presses, I was instantly sold! Instead of your run of the mill Curls, you now are working the hip, ankle, core, biceps and shoulders! Keep the weight light and the technique sharp in these, any excessive swinging of the dumbbells and you will lose your balance! Give these a shot, aim for 12-15 reps before switching legs and your arms and shoulders will be 🔥🔥🔥

If you want to build big arms, then you need to have strong arms.

Here's an arms routine you can use to get stronger arms:
-
1) Close grip bench press - 3 sets of 3-5 reps with 2 min rest
2) Close grip pull-ups - 3 sets of as many reps as possible with 2 min rest
3) Lying dumbbell triceps extension - 3 sets of 5-8 reps with 2 min rest
4) Incline dumbbell curls - 3 sets of 5-8 reps with 2 min rest -
