W3D3 - last week's workout was just 🗑. Couldn't focus at all and I couldn't bring my hips lower on both squats and deadlifts, the pressure on my stomach made me super nauseous. Had to 🤢in the 🚽after my workout. Turns out i got a virus somewhere and now im sick. Cant sleep well because i get hot sweats and painful breathing. Slowly recovering, hopefully i can lift at least once this week.
