Who else loves @romanfritz and his intense style of training?
I had to workout at home this morning because my gym is having issues with their badge system. Luckily, I have enough free weights to get me through my back and arms routine. I ended up doing 10 sets (5 sets on arms and 5 sets on back.) it’s an absolute must that I get my bodyweight dips in so I had to improvise a little bit and crank out some dips on my washer machine 😂😂. I’ve been wanting to capture a picture of my upper back/rear traps for awhile because I wanted to see how those areas are developing. I’m starting to see the definition in my upper back but I need to work on my mid and lower back more. I’ve come a long ways since last year but my goal is to get rid of these love handles and tone those areas up as much as possible. I’m not perfect nor am I trying to be perfect but I know I can do better! I’m comfortable with my imperfections and I’ll give it my all when it comes to turning my weaknesses/imperfections into strengths/pros/strong suits!
