Arm workout, decided to alternate between bi's and tri's tonight which is a great way to vary your workout and while one muscle is working the other is resting so you can get more from your workout. My vids are sped up to fit my full workouts into my posts, all exercises should be performed slow and controlled.
1️⃣EZ-bar preacher curls into overhead cable tricep extensions
2️⃣hammer bar curls into hammer bar tricep extensions
3️⃣cable tricep push downs into cable bicep curls
4 sets of 10-12 reps of each exercise.
