When this lifestyle has helped mend a broken father daughter relationship... This isn't just a transformation of our physiques, but in our relationship. My dad came to me a few months ago and told me he wanted to get back into the the gym because I had inspired him to live a healthier life. He's now there 4-5 nights a week and sees progress weekly. Who knew it would help our relationship at the same time. I also got him into some @live_fit_apparel 😜 I'm proud of you dad! #TransformationTuesday

I love the gym. Besides it's obvious physical merits it can serve as a catalyst for self awareness, discovery and even actualization if you let it. Learn to embrace the discomfort not only physical but emotional. Learn to rise above the pettiness of society and become greater than you are.

Grandes físicos são construídos nos pequenos detalhes. Uma cabeça lateral mais desenhada de tríceps, um formado mais arrendondado e com um bom pico de bíceps, antebraços grossos, panturrilhas como um coração de ponta cabeças, coxas extremamente cortadas, trapézios altos, deltoides e dorsais densos e largos, glúteos trabalhados, abdômen definido e, claro, peitorais grandes, desenhados e com um bom formato.
Saber treinar os peitorais não é saber fazer muita folia com os exercícios, ou seja, não é saber inventar demais. Os exercícios para esse grupamento são poucos e básicos:

Aquecimento:
Em primeiro lugar, vamos aquecer os peitorais. O primeiro exercício será para “desenferrujar” alguns ligamentos e articulações. O segundo, será com pesos, a fim de preparar a musculatura, propriamente dita.

Pegue um elástico ou utilize os cabos do cross over e deixe-os na altura do seus cotovelos que devem estar flexionados em 90º com as palmas viradas para a parte mediana do corpo.
Dica: Para exigir o máximo dos peitorais, procure manter os ombros fora do movimento, projetando levemente os cotovelos para frente.

Em segundo lugar, deixe os peitorais sempre “estufados”, mantendo uma contínua contração nos mesmos. Finalmente, contraia os peitorais em cada movimento.

Didn't get the greatest workout in this morning. I got some free time this evening, so I'll be going back to hit it again along with abs and cardio! If at first you don't succeed...work out harder. Plus it gives me an excuse to take my beautiful Rx-8 out again today.

Day 2 of 30: arms are DED! 😑😩 Every time I do this workout I have to mentally psych myself up to get it done... AND it worked! I lasted much longer with my push-ups and did the best I ever have with this workout! 😬🙌🏻
