Here’s a super convenient machine only upper body workout circuit for you guys 🔥 It’s really nice because it only involves one attachment & one single machine so no extra moving around! It’s a great workout when you need to get in & outta the gym FAST! 💦 Give it a try & let me know what you think!
1️⃣ single arm tricep pulldown (palms up) 2️⃣ single arm tricep pulldown (palms down) 3️⃣ single straight arm lat pulldown 4️⃣ single arm bicep curl 5️⃣ single arm bent over row 6️⃣ single arm face pull 🔁 complete 4-6 rounds of 8-10 reps EACH ARM for each exercise
Assisted pull-up machine circuit: 5 rounds non stop of: 20 pull-ups 15 dips 20 plank knees to chest marches (on floor beside machine) You can throw this into your arm workouts, add it in to a full body workout or use it as a burn out move at the end of a workout. Tone arms workout! (Ignore my face: I was straining 😬) 3-4 rounds of each superset!
Superset: videos 1 & 2 ▪️12 reps each Superset: videos 3 & 4 ▪️10 each arm ▪️15 Superset: videos 5 & 6 ▪️10 reps of each Superset: videos 7 & 8 ▪️15 ▪️10 each arm
Make sure you choose a weight that makes you question if you can get those last two reps but maintain slow and controlled form!
Perform everything with as little rest as possible!
The poll on my story is so close, I’ve decided to do a circuit with both!! Watch for individuals coming soon! Here we go triceps and biceps! I used 1 set of dumbbells and a band (20-30lbs) - Tricep kickbacks - Wide curl - Single arm extension - Single arm hammer curl ENJOY! 💪🏼👏🏻
Happy Monday and happy arm day! Here is one of my arm workouts! Also I got a body scan done at @nutrishopgrandrapids and can’t wait to go back in 2 weeks after hardcore dieting and lifting to see how I progress! 💪🏻😀
First day back at PF today and it feels great to be here using these machines! Focused on the arms today, tomorrow will be booty and abs 👌🏽💪🏽 One thing I noticed is that my arms seem to be stronger, I was able to up my weight on these two machines to 70lbs & 85lbs. Pretty awesome!
