Working on my "sleep routine". Chamomile tea, organic Rose Garden candle and face mask on. We as a society, are lacking in the sleep department. Going, going, going has always been my typical speed and it was getting (and making me feel) old. Sleep is an essential part of a healthy lifestyle as your body needs time to rest, detoxify and cleanse the internal systems, but in today's 24/7 world, it's usually the first thing compromised when deciding how to accomplish all of your "to-do's" in a day. Make your "sleep routine" something you look forward to nightly and refocus on getting some quality shut eye, your entire body will benefit and thank you!
