Da ich gestern noch bis Nachts gearbeitet habe, musste ich mein Beintraining auf heute Nachmittag verschieben. Mit 4 Stunden Schlaf Kniebeugen- das wollte ich meinem Körper dann auch nicht antun🙄
Auch ok, hatte ich heute morgen wenigstens noch kurz Zeit für einen #abscheck -damit ihr auch immer up to date seid.😌👌🏼
...und konnte mich den ganzen Tag auf meinen Legday freuen 🙊🚀
Jetzt bin ich platt und happy, löffel mein Porridge und dann ab ins Bett 😋

Good evening loves ❤️ it's safe to say I now have a love/hate relationship with the fleadh😂 don't get me wrong it is so nice to get out and socialise and have fun but the tole it takes on the gym and my diet is ridiculous and it just makes me feel like 💩 a week of okay-ish training and constant bad food and drinks has me motivated more than ever to get back into the swing of things tomorrow and start the week off right 🙋🏽 it was so hard coming back from England from non stop training and good nutrition to only training 2/3 times a week and with the worst diet possible😫 excited to put my head down and work on my training and strength even more this week coming and also begin my lean bulk cause winter is coming and that muscle needs to be increasing and that strength needs to be rising 💁🏽 excited for what's to come, back on track tomorrow and v v excited about it 🙋🏽🙋🏽🙋🏽 have a lovely Sunday loves x

Spent the morning dragging my aching frame around a new Obstacle training area in Southampton. We mainly focused on rig training but spent a bit of time running gentle laps and jumping walls 😍😍 I love me a good wall 💙💙 .
