🚫 Anybody else suffer from Anxiety?
Stress, Sleepless Nights, maybe you're battling Depression, or you can't switch off at night, your mind is going 100 miles per hour, when all you want to do is sleep!?
🚫 Have a little one not sleeping, suffering from colic or just not sleeping through?
.. As a current sufferer of Anxiety, and previously depression. And a mum to a baby that now sleeps through every night!
.. Let me Share with you, my Remedy for a settled and relaxed night's sleep.
🕯 Light a scented candle or two in your bedroom and the room you're in prior to going to bed - Preferably Lavender or a light fragrance - nothing too sweet or citrus!
🔥 Use an oil burner in the bedroom! Light small tea candles under your burner, add a little water and a pure essential oil - again Lavender is what I use!
Tea candles will burn for around four hours, so they'll be lit enough to fill your room with scent and burn until you fall to sleep, then go out not long after.
🎶 Use Music! Not too quiet, but not too loud.
Choose a playlist off YouTube, such as, "Soothing Music for Sleep".. Play this and leave it on!
🔆 Keep your bedroom tidy and always de-clutter! The less mess, or things out of place you can see, the less your mind will feel the same! Fresh room, fresh mood.
❗ Use a PURE Essential Oil!
- Some cheap oils will smell nice, but won't give you the same effect in regards of aromatherapy!
- To get the benefits on the aromatherapy side of things, they must be pure oils!
- Cheaper oils will use the 2nd, 3rd and even 4th extraction from the plants to get their oils, providing less and less, if not, no aromatherapy benefits.
- The oil I use, Arbonne's Pure Essential Oil, is the 1st Extraction of oils from it's plants. Giving the strongest and most beneficial effects of aromatherapy!

For myself and for little one.
