If you are looking for an exercise that requires focus and core strength, check this out!
The first part requires a strong and long body position. With the hands on the noodle, lean the body forward on the toes (aiming to maintain a straight line from shoulders to heels) until you find your balance point on the noodle. Bring alternate knee to chest and try to avoid moving/rotating the body!
The second part is suspended and begins with both knees tucked in. With control, extend alternate leg behind, again aiming to avoid travel/rotation.
The tempo provides a great challenge, hop in and try it yourself!
