so after 90 days my iphoneX didnt get fixed or replace with another phone in a white box instead of that, they offered me to refund my old iphone x and apple care, then give me a full price apple giftcard, and then purchase another brand new iphone x in black colour with apple care and new two.years warrenty started today.
I got a phone call later from apple, the Manager asked me.about the.complain and told he will follow up with me about the rude staff and didnt fix my problem earlier.
those drama and time and money i spent was be able to prevent in june. but the staff wasnt professional.
anyways. i am happier now hopefully the staff could change the way she talks and be more professtional.
