Last day of the #babetowninstagramchallenge ❤️✨ It’s been a journey! The last and final prompt we have is, “Purpose: talk about a session that changed you as a photographer.” This isn’t one session but an entire trip my little family took back to my husband’s home town in Southern California. At the time of this trip, I had faced a huge problem that I never realized I’d have in my life. Not one month before this trip, I ended up in the ER thinking that my appendix was bursting only to find nothing. I’ve had a series of professionals not knowing what’s wrong with me and this was just the beginning but this trip was a moment to pause. It was a moment to relax, love life without question, and not only see love but feel it all the time, all around me. This trip changed me as a photographer because it allowed me to take a step outside of myself and experience life without allowing my pain to hinder me and not only that, but to prove to myself that I am a worthy artist and photographer. Before this trip I was so unconfident in myself as a professional photographer but this trip made me believe and see how talented I am.
Plus, that California sunlight is unbeatable 😍😍😍 #californiasunshine #babetowncollective
