Genre: Progressive Metalcore
It's always a sad time when a talented and uprising band, announces their last release. Being a fan of this band for years, ever since I discovered them when they had released "Efficacy" back in 2013, its been a great experience to see how the band developed their sound over the years.
Although they mainly released just EPs through their discography, every EP has been nothing less than amazing in their unique approach at Progressive Metalcore.
This EP encompasses most of what they've achieved over the years, filled with technical grooves, melodic riffs, quality poly-rhythmic breakdowns, strong vocals with some cleans and finally, production quality is top notch!
There's not much negatives I'd give it, as majority of this showcases what they were capable of for years. I would of appreciated if they had more of their heavier and complex side to them, like from their first releases.
Overall, its an amazing and heartfelt release, with each track having a slightly different tone and approach, especially the last track having the most emotional feel to it, closing the album perfectly as a sign of gratitude to their fans.
I wish the best of luck to their future endevours and projects, hopefully they can continue musically with new bands, as they're truly talented and underrated musicians!
