OK, the lighting is horrible on this one, but I was just too excited to pick up #freshlyinked #pens after weeks... On top, we start with my lovely #montblanc #meisterstück. I got it as a present to celebrate my Master’s degree and it’s just a lovely piece of art. I mostly use it for letters & occasionally for my #bulletjournal. Currently, it’s inked with #noodlersink #americanaristocracy, an ink with an awesome story, as so many inks by Noodler’s.
Second, my #bangedup #lamysafari. I’ve been using it since school and it’s just a reliable workhorse. Full stop. Right now, it’s filled with #diamineink #reddragonink. Not my favorite, as I am not that much into #redink in general and I miss a little bit of #sheening or #shading, plus it writes a bit dry for my taste. Still, rather a matter of taste and I’m glad I tried it (sample by @gouletpens)... Next up, my #kawecoalsport with Noodler’s #54thmassachusetts ink, again a lovely ink with an awesome story behind it (in case you know the story of the #54thmassachusettsregiment, you #historybuffs...). At first, it appeared to be a rather wet ink, but I’ve really enjoyed it so far. Great behavior overall and a lovely alternative for those searching a #blueblackink.
Next up, my #stipulaetruriamagnifica inked with #apachesunset. Just the ink with the greatest sheening and shading! Sometimes I use this one for letters, too, but due to the special qualities of this particular ink, it’s reserved for headings and decorations right now.
Last but not least, my latest purchase, the #tombowmono100 in 3B. Turns out, a softer #pencil would’ve been more up my alley, but I still enjoy it for my #reading and #notetaking. That’s my #currentsetup for #inktober, guys! Hope you like it! #inktober2017 What inks and pens are you guys using this month?
