Up Strength Row: Choose a handle height and lean back into an angled position with feet grounded while maintaining a neutral spine. With the arms extended, bend at the elbows while keeping the arms close to the body, pulling yourself upward. Allow the arms to straighten and slowly lower back to starting position.
