Benching for breakfast! JK. This was yesterday.
A common concern among women is that bench pressing will injure/reduce the size of their lovely lady lumps. Not necessarily true.

From Chron.com: "While the bench press does not reduce breast size, it is beneficial in toning your chest area, giving you a slimmer and fitter appearance. Since doing the bench press works your upper body and improves your fitness level, your posture will improve. Your chest muscles will also become more toned, giving your breasts a perkier appearance." πŸ‘™πŸ‘™πŸ‘™ .

So how do you make sure to perform this movement properly? πŸ€”πŸ€”πŸ€”
A few tips: . .
Make sure that your bar is just shy of arm's length when laying underneath it .
.
.
When underneath it the bar should be directly above your line of sight or forehead
.
.
Your grip should be just outside your shoulders (approximately thumbs distance away from where the rough and smooth parts of the bar meet)
. .
Extend your arms to receive the bar
. .
When lowering the bar you want to bring it to the bottom of your rib cage (or ladies the bottom of where your bra is) .
.
When pressing up push through your heels and upper back
.
.
Make sure to keep your elbows at about a 45 degree angle .
.
And make sure you are bringing the bar to touch your chest and fully locking out at the top πŸŽ‰πŸŽ‰πŸŽ‰
