Matcha elixirs are part of my morning routine whether I’m at home or at work. I get so much mental and physical energy from the combination of medium chain triglycerides, caffeine, amino acids and adaptogens. Nothing like severely sprain/straining your calf INTHE WARM UP before class. 😤....Yeah, this kid did that two days ago...made it through @csagym bag class (No Quit) but it shut me down totally after. The days of “fat fearing” and low fat diets are most definitely a thing of the past. The hypothesis that “fat made you fat” was a result of conclusions drawn from very inaccurate research. Basically, a cohort study found that those wth the lowest fat intake had the lowest incidence of cardiovascular disease however they failed to mention that those with the highest intakes (mainly Islanders) also had an equal incidence level.. Anyway all forms of fats (aside from processed trans fats) have an important role in our body! 🙌🏼 Just some of them are: 🧡Hydrated and healthy skin

🧡 Optimal brain signalling & function
🧡 To make sterol hormones e.g. cortisol, estrogen

So you can see by restricting your fat intake, many problems can occur for example skin conditions, hormonal problems, or excess inflammation😩

Ahh people.... you can have some absolutely amazing experiences with complete strangers (including by not limited to every man who helped me carry my “quite heavy suitcase” up and down various flights of stairs today 🙏🏻💪🏼😅) but you can also have some not great experiences, the point is to take it all in and put out into the world the energy that you want to receive back.
